Shipping policy

At New England Designs we ship worldwide!

All items are made to order and are usually dispatched within 1-3 days. I Ship all items with Royal Mail. 

If you require tracked and signed or next day delivery of a product this can be arranged at an additional fee. If you need your items sooner than the delivery stated, please email gregg@newengland-designs.com or complete the contact form here.

For those purchasing outside the UK items are sent by royal mail international standard and may be subject to import tax. Please note New England Designs are not responsible for any import fees, taxes or customs fee that may be incurred.

Buyers who provide the incorrect shipping address and do not correct it before the item is shipped are fully responsible for the cost of reshipping the item if retuned to New England Designs "the Seller". If the Item is lost as a result of the buyer providing the seller the incorrect details, the seller has no responsibility for the loss. The Seller will attempt to claim for the lost item but the buyer accepts all responsibility for the loss and replacement if required.
