Refund policy
Returns are accepted under the following terms:
In order to return your order you must contact New England Designs requesting a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be Returned to New England Designs within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
